Terms & Conditions

By registering, booking a stall, or participating in any event organized under Maanwika Events, the vendor agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Stall Booking & Allocation

• Stall booking is confirmed only after admin approval.
• Stall number and position are allotted by event management.
• Once allotted, stall positions cannot be changed.
• No sharing or subletting of stalls is allowed.

2. Product Category Restrictions

• Vendors may sell only the product category selected at booking.
• Selling products outside the approved category is strictly prohibited.
• Food stalls are not allowed unless prior written approval is given.
• Violation may result in immediate stall closure without refund.

3. Stall Setup & Infrastructure

• No extra tables, chairs, racks, or extensions are permitted.
• All setup must be completed before customer entry begins.
• No rearrangement or expansion is allowed after the event starts.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

• Advance payments once made are non-refundable.
• Full payment must be completed as per booking terms.
• Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund.

5. Vendor Responsibility

• Vendors are responsible for their own products and belongings.
• Maanwika Events is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.
• Vendors must maintain cleanliness within their stall area.

6. Code of Conduct

• Misconduct, misuse of space, or customer complaints may lead to removal.
• Abusive behavior toward staff or customers will not be tolerated.
• Management reserves the right to take disciplinary action.

7. Rights of Event Management

• Event management reserves the right to modify rules if required.
• Management decisions are final and binding.
• Event details may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
